Description:
This interactive book helps children practice early reading and spelling skills by forming simple Consonant–Vowel–Consonant (CVC) words (e.g., cat, pen, sun). Children choose the correct word from a set of options and place it in the given CVC format using Velcro.
How to Use:
Present a picture and ask the child to look at the three CVC word options. Encourage them to sound out each word (beginning, middle, and ending sounds) and choose the correct one. The child then places the correct word into the CVC format using velcro. Adults can offer phonetic cues, break down sounds, or model blending if needed.
