Refund and Cancellation

We aim to offer flexible and compassionate policies while respecting our professionals’ time and effort.

1. Cancellations by Client

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or a 100% refund.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

2. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations

If your assigned therapist cancels or is unavailable:

We will offer a full refund or reschedule the session at your convenience.

3. No-Shows

If a client misses a session without notice, no refund will be issued. One-time courtesy rescheduling may be offered at the platform’s discretion.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
